Job Summary
To manage and analyze workforce data to generate meaningful business insights. To play an important role in analyzing and providing data for strategic workforce planning and talent analytics. Provides general guidance and interpretation to the field and answers questions on company policies, procedures, and practices. The Generalist works in conjunction with, and in support of, HR Business Partners, HR Director, Learning and Development, and HR Systems.

Essential Functions
Administer and communicate human resources programs, policies, and procedures to associates and respond to inquiries.
Process paperwork and prepare communication for functional area according to established procedures.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR Director ad Mgr Employee Relations to develop solutions, programs, and policies for their teams
Respond to inquiries by collaborating with facility leaders to research, conduct root cause analysis and communicate feedback to stakeholders.
Provide support for all human resources related activities.
Assist to implement HR initiatives and programs.
Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports
Conducts routine audits of various HR records/files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintains general knowledge of applicable laws and regulations effecting HR functions by staying abreast of current HR principles, techniques, and practices.
Organization of field materials through Service Now and other means of communication
Special projects as assigned. Support HR projects and field presentations
Regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree required
Master’s Degree preferred
PHR, SHRM certification preferred
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum of 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in related HR function areas.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, compensation and benefits and FMLA regulations.
Experience of working in a healthcare environment is preferred.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
