We are currently seeking an HR Manager to join our Western Region office located in Vancouver, Washington.
As the Region HR Manager, you’ll provide counsel to leaders on complex employee relations matters. You will conduct fact findings investigations, and through a consultative approach you will problem solve, influence resolution and mitigate risk. As part of the leadership team, you’ll play a role in the strategic planning and execution of initiatives that impact employees.

Salary Range: $95,000-$125,000 Annually with 0-20% Bonus and Equity opportunities
