Summary of Duties:
The Operations Coordinator works under the direction of the Voiland College of Engineering and Architecture (VCEA) Director of Infrastructure Operations to carry out key components of the VCEA strategic plan as part of the College’s operations administration state-wide, including Capital Project planning, management and financial oversight; Space and Land; Safety, Facilities; Infrastructure; and liaison with the VCEA Operational and Administrative units. These activities cross several key areas of operations within VCEA including project management and facilitation, policy development, resource allocation, strategic planning , and professional/technical support. The incumbent assists and represents the Director with communications, including developing presentations, compiling reports, producing information resources, and developing, drafting and finalizing communication to internal and external constituents.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to area of specialization and three (3) years of experience directly related to the specialty area. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.

$4,508.00 – $5,635.00 | Commensurate upon qualifications and experience.

Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
