Job Description:
Reporting to the AUL for Access and Discovery, this position orders print and e-books, DVDs, streaming films, and other one-time purchases/licenses as requested by library faculty members. This position imports records for books, ebooks, DVDs, and streaming films into the integrated library system (Alma) and manages the library’s book leasing collection.
In addition, the Acquisitions Specialist authorizes and tracks payments for library materials in Alma, the university’s budget platform (Workday), and Excel spreadsheets. This position gathers and maintains collection-related statistics for annual reporting, industry surveys, and library business needs.

Work Schedule: M – F, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
