We are currently interviewing for experienced and energetic early childhood educators to join our dedicated staff as Early Head Start Teacher in the Malvern area. Hours are based on center need. – no nights or weekends! Paid time off, paid holidays, great benefits! Sign on bonus ranging from $300-$2100 based on credentials! EOE

Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

Build relationships with infants and toddlers through positive interactions that promote social, emotional and cognitive development .

Assessment of children and maintain child portfolios.

Implement Pa. Early Learning Standards and maintain Keystone STAR 4 high quality initiatives.

Recognize, observe and evaluate children’s development and implement strategies to enhance child’s development through intentional teaching.

Attending to children’s daily needs including supervision of toileting/diapering, meal times, indoor/outdoor play times, and nap time supervision.

Provide an engaging classroom that allows children to explore through experimentation.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of Infant/Toddler CDA or willingness to earn with tuition reimbursement provided.

Full Covid-19 vaccination or exemption required per Early Head Start Federal Mandate.

ECE credits/degree preferred.

Patient and flexible. Bilingual a plus!

Basic computer proficiency.
