Job Description Summary
This position assists in the health and maintenance of the University’s Procure-to-Pay (P2P) environment through the use of analytics. Maintaining the health of the P2P environment includes monitoring for anomalies in data and system errors; reviewing data for duplications and exceptions; and assisting with the testing of system and process upgrades and new processes; and suggests process improvements. This position will also assist in the analysis of certain data related to IRS 1099 reporting, payment approvals, duplicate transactions, and other financial transactions.
This position will require providing exceptional customer service and collaboration within the Procurement & Payment Services team and with other departments and colleagues across campus.
