voestalpine Signaling USA is seeking a Service Technician to work at its Loveland, Colorado location.
Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions
· Resolve issues reported by customers though telephone calls, emails, and service ticketing.
· Error analysis and troubleshooting of electrical, electromechanical, and mechanical systems.
· Help facilitate a service ticket tracking system and make future improvements.
· Assist the with the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of voestalpine Signaling Digital Monitoring technologies as needed.
· Some domestic and international travel required (e.g., USA, CAN, MEX)
· Other duties as assigned.

Preferred skills
· High aptitude for electrical and mechanical systems:
· Electrical and/or electronics troubleshooting skills
· 2-year degree from a technical institute
· Atlassian software suite experience (Jira, Confluence, ETC)
· Basic railroad infrastructure knowledge and/or experience
· MS SQL or other Database experience
