Summary:
The Office
Manager provides administrative management for the Procurement Services office. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all
administrative affairs, with strategic management of daily operations as a primary purpose. It includes, ordering supplies, reconciling
transactions, timekeeping and scheduling. Additionally, it supports the Accounts Payable function by providing customer service to vendors
and reconciling payments withheld by the Controller’s Debt Set-off process and assists and monitors VCU department’s receiving activity.
This role serves as liaison between internal departments or functional areas in order to achieve operational goals and serve as a resource
to department customers.
