Job Summary:
The Head of HR India will be accountable for the full HR life cycle of activities, leading the HR team, strategy, and deployment of corporate initiatives across the region. They will provide pro-active, strategic HR support to the manufacturing sites and corporate business segments. This role will cover the full HR spectrum with a particular emphasis on generalist HR activities encompassing the full employee life cycle of activities: building a talent pipeline, recruiting, and retaining outstanding talent, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefit administration, business partnering, governance and more. As we expand in India, this position will be a key leader in acquisition activity.
