Vero Chiropractic is currently hiring for a detail-oriented full-time Billing Clerk to help keep the back office operations flowing smoothly at our chiropractic office in West Des Moines, IA. This full-time billing position enjoys working flexible hours and earns a competitive pay of $40,000-$50,000 a year. We are a patient-focused chiropractic office and believe that hard work can also be fun.

BILLING CLERK REQUIREMENTS
Our Billing Clerk is the backbone for our back office operations as you take on a variety of tasks including tracking insurance payments, and following up with necessary contacts to ensure payments are completed efficiently. You also update, audit, and reconcile patient accounts appropriately as well as complete data entry, track care plans, work with outsourced billing companies, work with electronic records, scan paperwork, and more. Finally, you are a team player who is always willing to lend a hand to keep our office clean and flowing smoothly. At the end of the day, you take pride in the role you play on our team and enjoy seeing your hard work pay off!
- 2 or more years of billing experience preferred
- Driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Excellent proficiency with computers and certain software (Google Docs, Microsoft Office)
- Skills such as passionate focused, organized, detail-oriented/analytical, trustworthy/dependable, takes initiative
