IT Asset Management Analyst
****This is a 12+-month Contract Position*****
*****Candidates must be local to Colorado****
The IT Asset management Analyst will be responsible for tracking the hardware in the Asset Management Software system(s) and physically moving the hardware to the appropriate pre-determined locations.
Responsibilities:
· Support the company’s Business Technologies Asset Lifecycle.
· Assist with transferring inventory out to a predetermined inventory storage area, place in staging area for preproduction, deliver to the owner of the equipment for production, and input information for tracking purposes.
· Draft and implement Standard Operating Procedures by creating a repeatable documented process.
· Participate in creation of and implement a repeatable process for moving inventory from delivery area (MATMAN) to a storage inventory location, to a staging location for production, to the production environment.
· Conduct in person visual/physical audits of Business Technologies assets within the company and document the outcome.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years’ experience IT Asset Management Analysis.
· Experience with PCR 360, and MS Excel
· Understanding of ServiceNow, Asset and Configuration Model.
· Skilled in SCCM.
· Valid Drivers License required.
· Physical abilities required for the role:
o Carrying: Transporting or moving an object.
o Color vision: Ability to distinguish and identify different colors.
o Handling: Seizing, holding, grasping, through use of hands, fingers, or other means.
o Hearing: Perceiving and comprehending the nature and direction of sounds.
o Lifting: Moving objects weighing no more than 50 pounds from one level to another.
