HELPDESK SPECIALIST II – SHAREPOINT

Grade T3

Non-Exempt

SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Webpage development
• SharePoint Proficiency
• Able to take concepts and ideas, and with minimal direction produce a final product
• Working across other organizations to implement the PI&S strategy for SharePoint/web-page development and deployment
• Experience in Power BI is a plus

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Associate degree or technical diploma/degree in Information Technology and 5+ years of relevant experience in IT or 9+ years of relevant IT experience in an administration, support and/or oversight capacity.

LEVEL SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Works under direct supervision

• Participates with other team members to achieve common goals.
• Troubleshoots problems of low complexity and recommends appropriate action
• Effectively contributes to team goals
