Marketing Communications Coordinator supports local communication activities and implements global communication programs with a focus on achieving exceptional growth.
Develop, launch and manage marketing communication activities for product lines and new product launch activities, product messaging, marketing programs, marketing materials creation and other communication activities.
Develop annual marketing plans for key product lines that drive awareness and/or a competitive advantage for Valeo products.
Develop launch plans for new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
Work collaboratively with the Trade Marketing team to develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Valeo products in the market.
Develop mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of marketing tools and programs, and subsequently adjust to maximize their performance.
Communicate the value proposition of Valeo products to the Sales Team and develop sales tools that support the selling process Make every effort to keep any project that is aimed at improving sales and/or relationships with our channel partners moving ahead quickly with the utmost of quality and urgency.
Lead in planning meetings, events and trade shows by coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and coordinating shipments Exhibits a strong voice for brand integrity Prepare mass-mail materials for the sales force and customer top of mind programs Skills Ability to present and discuss information in a way that establishes rapport and persuades others and gains understanding Willingness to tackle difficult issues and resolve conflict Managing projects risks & creative problem solving Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills preferred Strategic and forward-thinking mindset Experience w/ marketing analytics/telemetry dashboards (Google Analytics, HootSuite, Hotjar etc,) Comfort tackling copywriting assignments incl.
conveying complex concepts via approach copy Experience in using digital design tools, e.

Figma, InDesign, Creative Cloud A strong understanding of design fundamentals (accessibility, information hierarchy, brand guides, user testing) Deep understanding of consumer segmentation and experience with contact management platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, Mailchimp) High energy, maturity, and leadership with the ability to serve as a unifying force and to position communications discussions at both the strategic and tactical levels Let’s Talk about you! Bachelor’s degree in business, trade marketing, Communications or other related fields 3 to 5 years of communication and event planning experience, preferable in the automotive industry 2
years of multi-channel (e-mail, digital, web) marketing with strong project management skills (from conceptualization to post-launch) Experience in the automotive industry or B2B industry is a plus.
Experience in a multicultural environment Moreover If you can demonstrate fluency in the Spanish language (reading, writing) and experience in the aftermarket, auto parts channel/industry it is preferred.
