The Insights & Research team sits within the broader Experience Design team, which brings together interaction design, visual design, service design, consumer insights, behavioral science, and UX research to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. Our researchers care deeply about our customers, and are continually striving to better ground the company in customer-centered thinking. Our team conducts research to understand the end-to-end experiences across multiple platforms including mobile apps, mobile web, and desktop.
About the role
You’ll be working on our Rolling Research program. Every two weeks, you’ll recruit a new batch of participants and will conduct 1-3 evaluative studies (usability testing and concept testing). You’ll have an opportunity to collaborate with other researchers, designers, product managers, data scientists, and others across all of our business areas. The results of your work will fit into our broader evaluative culture where we evaluate our work across the entire design and product development processes.
