-Preferably Bilingual in Spanish
-Intermediate/advanced experience with using Articulate Storyline products
-Experience in publishing SCORM packages
-Close attention to detail and excellent communication and organizational skills to deliver high quality work within project timelines
-Comprehensive computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
-Ability to work independently, with direction from supervisor, to contribute to team goals
Serves as a subject matter expert to design, develop, deliver, and improve learning products, programs, and services in order to proactively, measurably, and efficiently improve corporate readiness, performance, and quality.
Essential Functions
Proactively collaborates with project and program leads and management to prepare, organize, coordinate, document, and/or provide expert development
and delivery of learning products and services to maximize content retention and support business outcomes and industry compliance.
Develops varied support materials, presentations, training programs, tools, simulations, and/or micro learning components and modules to support the department’s remit and strategy.
Leads small to medium scale initiatives and projects that push key learning program capabilities and refine internal processes for the business and within the department.
Provides expertise by leading the design, development, and delivery of educational, training, and learning products and services for the business.
Provides coaching and mentoring of team members on best practices and adaptive methodologies supporting learning products and services.
In collaboration with management, may delegate appropriately scaled tasks to other team members.
Coordinates and delivers department-level meetings including pre-meeting, learning course, and project working group materials, facilities and communications per timeline milestones.
Performs special projects, assignments, and administrative tasks per business needs.

Business Relationships
Represents the department as a prime contact on projects. Interacts with internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between
functional areas. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area
of expertise.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
