As an HR Generalist, you will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves, and crafting HR policies.
Additional responsibilities of the HR Generalist include:
- Conducting employee onboarding and helping organize training & development initiatives
- Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolving any issues that may arise
- Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations
Job Requirements As an HR Generalist, your experience with coordinating staffing, payroll, compensation, benefits, safety, and retention strategies will be crucial for this position.
Additional requirement of the Human Resources Generalist role include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
