Job Description PAYROLL HR SPECIALIST-COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
6+ month contract position with potential to go permanent
Real Estate company with millions of square feet in property seeks a highly detail-oriented, Payroll HR Specialist to execute and maintain employee records and field questions and answer them within a timely manner as it pertains to payroll solutions for employees across the organization.
This individual will also be accountable for enrollment period for benefits and providing general admin support. The position will involve invoice processing, assisting with recruitment efforts at times from a coordination standpoint along with letters, pertinent documents, and files.
The position will handle audit, reconciliation of bank statements and accounting ledgers in addition to preparation of complex administrative reports for Executive teams and employees.
The Payroll HR Specialist ensures the accuracy of invoices processed on behalf of third-party vendors. This position will heavily utilize software systems including ERP and ADP Workforce for document preparation, accurate analysis, and data manipulation.

This is a hybrid position (will require a minimum of 3 days onsite in at Office Location in North Chicago-Area) LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED PLEASE. No c2c, unable to sponsor now, unable to sponsor in future. This is not an entry level position.
Job Requirements 3-4 years of relevant experience in an HR/Payroll position performing core functions as listed above.
