***Administrative Assistant || up to $20/hr**

Description:

Expert on using data to training models. The models are then used to automate processes like image classification, speech recognition, and market forecasting.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with Domestic Account customers by serving as the primary point of contact
• Partner with sales organization to facilitate order fulfillment by reviewing orders, customer documentation, and job-site follow-up
• Manage the entire customer order fulfillment process including processing orders (when needed), communicating order status, processing change notices, expediting orders/shipments, and working with transportation providers and outside suppliers.
• Interface daily with manufacturing facilities factory scheduling contacts, marketing personnel, distribution center contacts, and all commercial selling channels (Distributors, DSO offices, Carrier Enterprise, and independent rep firms).

Education / certifications:

• High school diploma w/7+ years of related experience
• Associate degree w/5+ years of related experience
• BA/BS degree w/2-5+ years of related experience

Experience / qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
• Sense of urgency, self-initiative, dedication and sense of ownership is a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally with both internal and external contacts
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to handle multiple priorities
• Experience in customer services, order systems, scheduling, and warehousing
• Capable to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a highly motivated individual
• Capable of making decisions to resolve issues immediately
• Experience with defining, capturing and improving key metrics
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of HVAC products and marketing processes highly desired
• Self-starter
