Job Description
The Agile Product Transformation Team is a purpose-driven and innovative organization dedicated to serving our customers and supporting our change communities. We are looking for a talented Senior Scrum Master to join our Agile & Product Transformation Office (APTO) team to help lead our organizational transformation and agile journey to success. This person will act as a leader as part of an Agile team to deliver high value software solutions that contribute to the success of our technology initiatives in an agile environment. This role is remote anywhere in the U.S.
This resource will provide overall guidance for team to adhere to Agile principles and practices. They will arrange, facilitate and schedule meetings, demos and decision-making processes to ensure that the proper collaborative process is in use. This includes sprint team backlog grooming, estimating and sizing efforts, release planning, sprint planning daily standups, and retrospectives.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the organizational transformation for an organization of 900 people, balancing support for two teams, engaging with the overall organization, leading training sessions, providing coaching, creating content, and helping develop an agile community.
· Work closely with team leads, executives, and stakeholders at all levels of the of the organization to promote agile methodologies and practices.
· Create and deliver agile training and coaching materials for teams and executives.
· Facilitate agile ceremonies and workshops, including sprint planning, daily scrum, retrospectives, and reviews.
· Launch teams through Sprint 0 and ensure successful team onboarding.
· Maintain data and metrics to bring visibility to the progress and effectiveness of the transformation.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and promote psychological safety.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
Five or more years of experience in Agile technology delivery
Five or more years of experience in Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) teams
Five or more years of experience as a Scrum Master
Preferred Skills/Experience
· Experience with organizational transformation and change management methodologies.
· Experience creating and delivering agile training and coaching materials for teams and executives.
· Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
· Proficient with agile development tools such as Jira and Confluence.
· Skilled with Office 365 products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams, as well as experience with Qualtrics is highly desired.
· Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills, with deep experience facilitating agile ceremonies and workshops.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Proven ability to promote psychological safety and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline).
