General Summary:
This leadership position is responsible for the dental and vision network support operations teams, including the credentialing and re-credentialing team and the network data specialist team. The team is responsible for knowledge of the provider data for both dental and vision networks, provider record management, provider reports, managing delegated credentialing with our relationships with large dental service organizations and vision organizations, as well as provider portal set up and training. In addition, this leader is responsible for developing and leading strategic operational solutions to meet efficiency and effectiveness needs, managing the credentialing and re-credentialing process, delegated credentialing processes, and compliance with regulatory requirements and policies and procedures. The manager develops, manages, and implements the network operation teams activities, ensuring alignment with the strategic priorities of the organization.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Provides sales support and RFP responses (including reports, provider directories and responses to other questions regarding network composition, operation and provider nomination)
Serves as liaison to all operational departments of the company
Drafts regulatory reports and responses as needed and related to network operations
Manages the Supervisor over Provider Onboarding and Credentialing and the team that manages the provider onboarding and credentialing and re-credentialing processes, as well as supports the Dental Director and Credentialing Committee
Manages the delegated credentialing process, coordinating with the Dental Director to review and provide input and sign off. This includes the initial delegated credentialing audit as large practices are onboarded, updating policies and procedures around delegated credentialing, monitoring data for clean up around practices that are delegated, and ongoing compliance and audits of delegated entities in accordance with our policies and procedures.
Partners with the Dental Director in annual review and updates (as needed) to Credentialing Policies and Procedures. Ensures that all changes to the Policies and Procedures are implemented in the Credentialing and Re-credentialing Processes
Performs project management and implementation regarding provider networks and provider network data
Acts as a resource to staff on escalated provider issues with more difficult problems they cannot get resolved
Responsible for daily monitoring, workflows and oversight of provider network maintenance including, but not limited to, the collection and storage of necessary contract paperwork and records, credentialing, welcome packets, databases (improvement, auditing, etc.), provider / member problem resolution, provider portal
Recommend areas for improvement in the provider onboarding, credentialing and re-credentialing process, claims and network data specialist workflows, and overall provider experience.
Serves as point person for implementation and maintenance of FLVN partners
Oversees provider database maintenance in Salesforce, including Go2Dental directory file
Develops departmental protocol for data management
Maintains current dental / and vision website data

Job Specifications
Minimum 7+ years related experience.
4-year college degree preferred. Significant experience considered in lieu of degree
Strong verbal communication skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Client Relationship Management (CRM) databases

The base salary range for applicants for this position is listed below. Unless actual salary is indicated above in the job description, actual pay will be based on skill, geographical location and experience.
$75,500.00-$135,900.00
