Job Summary:
This position serves as a point of contact for current and potential customers to address and resolve issues, provides information, and processes transactions in accordance with institutional policy. Our organization, the Wisconsin Union, is the social heart of UW-Madison, providing events, facilities, and activities for students, staff, faculty, thousands of Wisconsin Union members, and visitors. The Union also provides hands-on leadership experiences for hundreds of UW-Madison students.
Responsibilities:
Serves as a point of contact for current and potential customers to address and resolve issues, provides information, and processes transactions in accordance with institutional policy. May coordinate work and train staff and student employees.

Work Schedule:
2 – 3 (Shifts) including weekends and holidays. Hours and days may vary.

It is anticipated this position requires work be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location.
Appointment Type, Duration:
Terminal appointment.
This position has the possibility to be extended based on need and/or funding.
Salary:
Minimum $14.50 HOURLY
