Job Summary:
Coordinates and contributes to the development and implementation of the administrative activities of the residency/fellowship program as outlined in the accreditation program requirements and other regulatory agencies. Must utilize fundamental knowledge of these requirements to manage workflow components of the administrative and professional responsibilities for the program’s residents/fellows while serving as the primary liaison between the Program Director, residents/fellows, program faculty, institutional Graduate Medical Education (GME) office, and affiliated teaching sites concerning program matters. Performs work independently with assignments from the GME Programs Administrator, Department Administrator, or their designee, and in consultation and regular collaboration with the Program Director and the sponsoring institution’s Designated Institutional Official (DIO) and Director of Graduate Medical Education.

Qualifications:
* Two years’ experience working in educational administration and/or office administration in an academic health care setting preferred.
Knowledge/Skills Required:
* Excellent working knowledge of computers and associated software, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat software.
Knowledge/Skills Preferred:
* Experience planning, scheduling logistics, securing resources, coordinating, and executing support details for events, meetings, conferences, etc.
* Exercise excellent judgement and skill in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills, independent problem solving and analytical skills, attention to detail and organization.
* Knowledge of Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).

This position may require some work to be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location. Some work may be performed remotely, at an offsite, non-campus work location.
