Job Summary:
Reporting to the Administrative Assistant Director, the Administrative Assistant II will provide full time onsite reception and front desk coverage for the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration Office. This position will also serve as the Division Parking Coordinator and the main Building Manager, acting as point of contact for all building related matters including booking shared conference rooms and remote work perching stations, key requests and building related projects. Responsibilities also include postage accounting, mail delivery, key box maintenance. This role will also serve as backup for administrative support to the office as needed for scheduling logistics and managing Outlook calendars.

Qualifications:
* Experience in front office and/or reception desk procedures and practices
* Experience managing the intake and dissemination of US Mail, metered mail and overnight/next day deliveries.
* Experience troubleshooting building maintenance issues and requests.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
* Experience in service-oriented relationships with internal/external customers and coworkers.

This position requires work be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location with the possibility of working remotely up to one day a week depending on needs.

Actual starting salary will be commensurate with skills and experience.
