Serve as senior subject matter expert associated with content processes and procedures related to the Health Systems’ Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) application and all associated business processes operational and industry requirements and related application/system functionality across the supported functional area(s).
Analyze user system and application feeds determine and evaluate alternative solutions and approaches to meeting those needs, help select the optimal solution and validates those solutions.
Provide detailed requirements for product development evaluates development projects and guides tailoring of the development process to meet project needs.
Provide direct application support where necessary updating and maintaining system configuration system setup and application tables where appropriate.
Anticipate issues, solves unique and complex problems and may act as a project lead on small projects or initiatives.
Under general supervision contribute to the development, installation, maintenance, and modification of the health Systems ERP application to meet user/customer and health system requirements.
Other duties as assigned within area of responsibility.
A Hybrid (part-time work from home) schedule is authorized. Candidate will be required to regularly work onsite and reside locally.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree* or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Applied Electronics or related technical field followed by seven (7) years of progressively responsible IT experience
*Any combination of education evaluated by a reputable credentials evaluation service as equivalent to a degree will be accepted.
Must also possess:
7 years experience with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management System; and,
7 years experience with Core HR and Payroll Modules.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
