The Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy proudly offers a dozen teaching programs in various areas of global expertise. Our goal is to build a unique, world-renowned research, teaching, and public engagement centre that shapes the fields of global affairs and public policy. Your opportunity:
Under the general direction of the directors of theMunk One; Peace, Conflict and Justice; and Public Policy undergraduate programs, the incumbent is responsible for administering and organizing the academic and extracurricular initiatives and events associated with these programs. The role supports and undertakes the recruitment and admissions process for students applying to these programs; the booking and scheduling of classrooms and courses; communication with students regarding academic and extracurricular matters; the provision of guidance to work study students and program assistants and the organizing of program-related events. This is an exciting opportunity to work with highly motivated and engaged students and faculty on innovative programs that provide a significant level of experiential learning and professional development to those enrolled.

USW Pay Band 09 — $65,407 with an annual step progression to a maximum of $83,646. Pay scale and job class assignment is subject to determination pursuant to the Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
