Your opportunity:
As the principal contact for clients service needs across the campus, the group has recently undertaken an organizational review and identified areas of improvement to create a best-in-class client experience. This position supports the property management staff functions to ensure a seamless client experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for general enquiriesResponding to enquiries within the defined scope of the role and redirecting as appropriateMaintaining a databaseLiaising with internal and external contacts to facilitate purchasing and/or procurement processesIssuing request for proposals and other tendering documentsCoordinating tasks for projects and other strategic initiatives with stakeholders (including services and maintenance activities)Resolving issues within the scope of the role and escalating problems as required
Essential Qualifications:
Advanced College Diploma (3 years) in Business Administration or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.Minimum three years related experience, preferably in a facilities/construction environmentExperience preparing service/work orders and coordinating procurement is preferredProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & Office 365Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Office (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)Proficiency with SAP (eg Financial Information System)Requires numerical and financial aptitudeExcellent oral and written communications skills

Pay Scale Group & Hiring Zone: USW Pay Band 09 — $60,006 with an annual step progression to a maximum of $76,739. Pay scale and job class assignment is subject to determination pursuant to the Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
