Purpose
To open and date stamp the mail received by the Office of Admissions, Processing section. Distribute the mail to the appropriate inboxes. Other Processing duties as needed.

Open mail, date stamp each item, and route documents to the appropriate inboxes.

Required Qualifications
High school graduation or GED. Three years of clerical experience. Extremely responsible, detail-oriented, and organized, with excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, able to learn quickly, follow instructions, stay on task, and communicate effectively. Demonstrated knowledge of computers and standard office equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
2 years (60 semester hours) of college credit, more than 3 years of clerical experience, student records experience, and experience with confidential information.

$20.00

Attire: Business Casual
Standard Office Environment, Use of manual dexterity, Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation
Work Shift
Hours per week – 20
The work hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – Monday through Friday.
