Advertised Job Summary:
Creating employee files, and disposing of candidates in PeopleAdmin in a timely manner. Conducting intake meetings with supervisors once positions are posted, and following up with supervisors to see if they need help with the hiring process and recruitment. Update employee master rosters and leave rosters, keep all spreadsheets updated. Answering phone calls, filing, and scanning employee records. Help with the reviewing of EPMS and provide backup coverage in the HR Office.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 1 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.
