Job Description
Summary
This role manage the day-to-day operations for several research protocols. They will oversee existing project activities,
supporting the implementation of new projects and meeting timelines involved in the data sets collection. manage data using different tools,
systems and statistical software package and submit protocol modifications and continuing reviews to the IRB as needed, perform literature
review, and write reports and sections of grant proposals and manuscripts for publication. There will also be an opportunity to participate
in the design, conduct, analysis and writing of clinical research studies, along with the production of tables and figures.

Job Responsibilities
In this position, the successful candidate will work on regulatory issues related to these studies (IRB approvals, Data
Use Agreements, budgeting), project management and coordination (managing scheduling and appropriate progress on these projects), and
supporting dissemination of products through submission of peer-reviewed publications and information for lay audiences. There are
opportunities to gain additional experience in dataset management and analysis, as well as qualitative methods.
These projects do
not involve recruitment of patients or clinical trials. This position is funded for up to four years contingent upon satisfactory
research progress.
Qualifications
The Senior Research Coordinator position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 3-4 years
of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Masters degree in a health-related field. An ideal
candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, experience with regulatory issues related to health services
research such as requesting and managing secondary data sources, gathering qualitative data and analysis of these data, and experience with
regulatory concerns regarding multi-site research projects.
