Job Description Summary
Research, develop and implement admission strategies to recruit highly qualified students
to the School’s programs as part of the Office of Academic Affairs team. The primary focus will be the management of the admissions process
for the School’s degree program. The primary role is to research, design and implement new recruitment strategies, incorporating technology,
and leveraging the available technology to enhance their implementation. Coordinate and implement on & off campus recruitment/travel to
increase prominence of the School’s academic programs internationally, nationally and locally. Conduct ongoing and yearly evaluations of
marketing and recruitment effectiveness through data analysis and research on nursing education trends and issues. Conduct ongoing follow-up
with prospects and applicants through admission process ensuring the highest level of customer service. Prepare presentations and reports to
assist decision support including cost benefit analyses in support of all marketing and recruitment plans. Read and evaluate applications to
determine admission to MPN and MSNSN programs. This position will require evening and weekend work, in addition to periodic overnight
travel.
