Job Description Summary
The Department of Family Medicine and Community Health seeks to hire a Research Coordinator B to support a growing research portfolio related to substance use-related health disparities and improving equitable access to harm reduction services and substance use treatment in both health system and community-based settings. The scope of the work involves research participants, interaction with national advocacy, research, and professional society organizations, and interaction with local community organizations and health systems.

Job Responsibilities
The Research Coordinator B will be a vital member of multidisciplinary teams which include biostatisticians, analysts, and qualitative scientists, as well as grant administrative and project management support. The position will work closely with community partners in this role. The role will be assisting with both quantitative and qualitative research projects (from the implementation of these studies to their analysis and manuscript writing), patient research engagement, community liaison support, and regulatory support (with applications to the IRB). The position is contingent upon future grant funding.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Data and project management, coordination, and analysis
Human subject research support
Patient and stakeholder engagement
Other administrative duties as needed.
