The Program Assistant will provide administrative support with oversight from Center Executive Director. In particular the Program Assistant will support the Executive Director and a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Maternal Equity through coordination of stakeholder analysis, coordination of coaching sessions with CoE investigators to support the integration of equity into health system operations.Job Description
The Program Assistant will oversee the administrative aspects of key projects for the ED, including scheduling, calendar management, Microsoft Teams organization and maintenance, creation of agendas, meeting materials and minutes, copy editing materials, and online communications. The Program Assistant will especially focus on the implementation of the a Hospital Quality Incentive program (HQIP), focused on addressing Racial and Ethnic Health Disparities (REHD), including but not limited to, scheduling Learning Sessions and individual entity meetings, drafting agendas and presentations, formatting data visualization in conjunction with the data analyst, maintain the HQIP REHD Teams channel with resources, meeting materials and documents, coordination of progress reports for each entity and intake and escalation of HQIP REHD related questions.
This position will work alongside a team that is focused on developing, implementing, and evaluating a strategic combination of system-level, provider-level, and patient-level interventions to provide equitable health care, foster inclusive environments to support a diverse workforce and engage communities to improve health outcomes for all populations.
