Job Description Summary
This position will provide direct administrative support to Director Marylyn Ritchie, the Institute for Biomedical Informatics and affiliated service centers. Duties will include: executive level calendar support, meeting and event scheduling and correspondence. The Executive Assistant will also facilitate purchasing, travel arrangements, administrative support for executive events and processing reimbursements. The Executive Assistant will report directly to the Director of Administration and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, providing immediate responses to inquiries, both internal and external requests. The candidate will be a motivated self-starter with the ability to quickly shift gears and multi-task in order to manage the daily requirements and goals for the institute.

Work with IBI administrative staff to coordinate and schedule visits for prospective IBI faculty and staff.
