Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director, Wharton Online (SD), within the Wharton Online business unit (WOL), the Director of Project and Content Management (Director) is responsible for managing major projects and refreshing existing programs across the WOL portfolio. The Director will consult with all members of the WOL team to identify project milestones and course content in need of revision to ensure the WOL team consistently meets operational goals. The Director will also work on strategic initiatives with other Executive Education (WEE) business units to ensure the alignment of collaborative priorities of the broader division. The Director must become well versed in WEE’s value proposition, the LIVE/Online portfolio, and both the capabilities and limitations of WOL business unit operations.
The Director must also perform additional work to support the WOL Business Development Team, which may include, but not be limited to, confirmation of delivery timeline, alignment of team resources, identification of existing and complementary learning assets. The Director must have excellent oral and written communication skills; be able to provide overall strategic recommendations; and work toward the continuous enhancement and improvement of the WOL program portfolio.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5-7 years’ experience. A Master’s degree is a plus. Independent, self-confident and highly credible in representing WEE. Ability to communicate ideas to senior and executive audiences, both in public forums and in written communication. Proven ability to work within a team environment and on project teams. A strong desire to contribute and work collaboratively to achieve goals. Extremely comfortable with the use of technology and systems (e.g. various platforms to deliver programs, Salesforce, etc.), preferably in a high-end solutions environment or higher education, academic environment.

Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
