Job Description Summary
The Customer Service Assistant will be a leader and a role model. This position requires being cross trained to work in all 3 areas of Clients Services (Appointment Desk, Front Desk, and ES Front Desk) and will provide leadership and guidance to the team when they have questions or need assistance. Must foster and maintain a good working relationship with all other hospital departments.

Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or GED with 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Previous customer service experience is preferred. The ability to perform basic math calculations is also required. In addition, the individual must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The individual will be cross trained to work the Clinic Reception Desk and ES Reception. Ability to handle a very busy Emergency Room for the overnight shift is required. Must be able to work collegially with everyone within the department and all other hospital sections.
Weekend shifts are required. Will be required to be on the On-Call schedule.
