The research coordinator will be responsible for conducting recruitment and screening activities; collecting data; entering detailed data into a database program, filing, preparing data packets for research subjects, assisting in subject follow-up via phone and mail, scheduling research subject visits, and administrative support such as administering surveys, scheduling meetings, and creating mailing lists. They will also delivery guided health coaching intervention materials. In addition, they will assist in onboarding and training new study staff members and aid in completing progress and data safety monitoring plan and reports, maintaining study charts, data management and analysis, preparation and maintenance of regulatory (IRB) paperwork, and grant and presentation/publication preparation as necessary.
The position is ideal for individuals who are interested in growing and developing a research coordinator career within the lab or for motivated college graduates who are interested in pursuing graduate studies in nursing, psychology or medical school.Job Description
