Job Description:
The Associate Director for Reunion reports to the Senior Associate Director and is a member of the team responsible for supporting the School’s network of more than 100,000 alumni. Responsibilities will include the planning and executing of Reunion engagement programs, coordinating Reunion resources, class-specific Reunion activity, alumni volunteer recognition and stewardship and working with the Alumni Relations Teams to incorporate new ideas and initiatives. Work with Wharton Fund liaison to identify and recruit alumni Reunion volunteers. Manage special initiatives such (but not exclusive to) Wharton Women’s Circles for reunion.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree is required and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in alumni relations or transferable experience, preferably in an educational environment.
Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills are critical, along with a philosophy of teamwork and hands-on implementation. Must be computer proficient; website maintenance and design skills are a plus.
Some travel is required.
