This position will report to the Senior Director for Alumni Relations. The Assistant Director will assist in milestone on-campus events, including Medical Alumni Weekend (MAW). This position will manage multiple reunion committees and assist in overseeing the reunion planning and outreach process. In addition, the Assistant Director will also oversee volunteer programs like the Alumni Mentorship and HOST Programs.Job Description

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of alumni relations, special events, or development experience preferably in a medical environment or equivalent combination of education and experience required ; excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and oral; ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously within a timely manner; proficient in Microsoft Office. Evening/weekend work require for staffing events. Valid driver’s license required.
