Under the supervision of the Scientific Director, provide administrative support for the Scientific Director of the Abramson Family Cancer Research Institute and three (3) other investigators. Responsibilities include: maintaining Director’s calendars, including assisting the management of travel reimbursements/expenses and schedule; drafting correspondence; handling incoming telephone calls and messages; assisting in preparation of grant proposals; maintaining files, reproducing and distributing as directed; and supply management.
