Job Description
*
Leads the planning and implementation of the annual N.E.W.
(National Education for Women) Leadership program and other civic education and leadership programs, including recruiting participants,
scheduling speakers, maintaining databases and raising funds to support Women’s Leadership Initiative programs. Provides on-site supervision
and management of five-day (four-night) residential women’s leadership program each May. Directs the Center’s other on-campus civic
engagement and leadership programs, manages and recruit students for the Civic Engagement Fellows program. Hires and supervises Graduate
Assistant. Maintains web and social media content for programs. May coordinate or assist in the coordination of special projects or student
related events. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of equivalent
experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
