Job Summary:
The Director of Career Readiness is accountable for leading the Center for Career Readiness, including supervising staff, managing the strategy and execution of daily operations for the area, and developing and implementing strategic plans for career readiness across the institution with input from DoSA leadership and key stakeholders. The Director manages and develops budgets in alignment with institutional priorities. The Director is responsible for leading key initiatives and managing critical collaborations with institutional partners including those in academic affairs, development, and alumni relations, in addition to external industry stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary range is $75,000-$78,000. Benefits available include health, dental, vision, life and long-term disability insurance, as well as a selection of several defined contribution retirement plans. Dependents and spouses of UNC Employees who are employed at 0.5 FTE or above are eligible for undergraduate dependent tuition grants of up to 50%. These tuition grants will cover in-state tuition charges. Further requirements may exist. Other benefits may be available based on position.
