The Center integrates learning, service, and leadership to promote a lasting commitment to social responsibility and lifelong service. The Center also promotes the retention of students by meeting the educational, informational, and involvement needs of a diverse student population.
Position Overview
The Leadership Coordinator in the Center for Leadership & Service oversees leadership development, training, and outreach programs to students at the University of North Texas. UNT’s Center for Leadership & Service provides programs, services, and activities designed to enhance student learning and student engagement in leadership and service. The Center integrates learning, service, and leadership to promote a lasting commitment to civic responsibility and lifelong service. The Center also promotes the retention of students by meeting the educational, informational, and involvement needs of a diverse student population.

Minimum Qualifications
Master’s Degree in related field and two years of student services, student affairs, counseling, advising, or related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in related field and experience in student affairs, counseling, advising, or related experience; or any equivalent training and experience.
Experience advising student boards, leadership training, and/or leadership development.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
Evenings and weekends as determined by event schedule
Driving University Vehicle: Yes
