Job Description |
Provide tech support during classes as needed, including setup and strike of studio or remotes. Maintain and repair, or obtain repair, of AV equipment in the studio and labs, and a variety of equipment that students check out for classes. Perform installation, configuration, technical support, repair, and maintenance of a variety of broadcast equipment and systems including production switchers, audio consoles/feeds, studio cameras, teleprompting systems, routers, receivers, monitors, intercom systems, servers, Mac and PC computers, postproduction and design software, etc. Researches, analyzes, and recommends new audio and video methods and production technologies to enhance the department’s operations and efficiency. |
