Working Title: Operations Specialist
Position Grade: 11
Position Summary
HSC Center for Native American Health at the University of
New Mexico seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with time
management and interpersonal skills who can work effectively and independently
in a multi-task environment. The Operations Specialist will work with the
administrative and student success team. This individual will be responsible
for project planning, organization and implementation of events, fiscal and
cost management including tracking, reporting and reconciling PCard, website
and social media management, data collection and reporting, outreach and
retention activities and coordinating, and performing a wide variety of
administrative and program support activities, and other similar duties as
assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; at least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
