We are leading the way in client service, and we’d love to add another outstanding individual to our OSP team!
This position will be responsible for management of the OSP Post award team and will perform overarching duties related to: Accounts receivable monitoring; Monitor activity charged to sponsored program accounts to ensure conformance to 2 CFR 200 regulations under Uniform Guidance; Liaison with federal and non-federal agencies on post-award issues; Management of sponsored project effort reporting systems policies and procedures; Training for OSP staff and campus stakeholders on post-award compliance issues. The position works closely with other offices within ORED, the Office of Business and Finance, Bursar’s Office, Business Centers, Nebraska Business Information Systems (NeBIS), and other campus wide stakeholders to ensure effective coordination with the post-award financial arena.
You need to have a Bachelor’s degree, plus six year experience in research administration and a minimum of 3 years of experience in post award administration. You should have a demonstrated and thorough understanding of 2 CFR 200, wide experience with disparate federal agencies, and supervisory experience. It is essential that you have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; and don’t forget a sense of humor and the ability to work well in a team environment! You must have the ability to balance and complete multiple priority tasks, while building trust and effective working relationships with clients. Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills are a must. You will find details on all the required and preferred qualifications and minimum experience levels at https://employment.unl.edu, under requisition S_221377.
