POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Simulation Program
Specialist is a part-time temporary/casual employee positioned in the RE Lab at the School of Nursing. RE Lab houses a HRSA-funded
Strengthening Forensic Nursing workforce development program. The Simulation Program Specialist provides critical support to the
development, implementation and maintenance of Simulations for RE Lab. This position will report to the Project Manager. The work is a mix
of in-person and telework.
RE Lab is focused on a trauma-informed approach to leadership and patient care. Subject matter includes
reponse to sexual assault, and the team is dedicated to sustaining each other in this important
work.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training development, implementation, and evaluation (60%)
Human Simulation Event Logistics Support (30%)
Dissemination of work (5%)
Other Duties (5%)
