About the Job
The director reports to
the Dean and is a strategic leadership team member of the College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM). Responsibilities include HR planning,
employee relations, recruitment, compensation, and diversity initiatives. In collaboration with CVM and University HR, this position will
lead initiatives to foster engagement and create a supportive environment through professional development, collaboration, and diversity
programs.

The College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) at the University of Minnesota is a diverse unit
