Position Overview
Executive Accounts Specialist is part of a centralized financial team and is responsible for accurate processing of financial documents, adherence to policy compliance and record retention imaging. The position is integral to the orientation, training, and oversight of student employees. The Executive Accounts Specialist provides high-quality customer service related to all centralized financial services within the College of Education and Human Development. This position will contribute as a team member in the delivery of services and administration of the CEHD FSO by participating in planning, evaluating, and executing department activities and initiatives, and participate in college-wide and department-specific staff/team meetings, professional development, training, and events.
This position is represented by the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Union, Local 3800 & 3801. The hours are business daytime hours, Monday-Friday. The work location is at Burton Hall with opportunity for a flexible/hybrid work agreement. The minimum starting pay for this position is $22.42 per hour; salary offers are dependent on the candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity within the department.

Department Overview
The College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) is organized into seven academic departments, three college-wide research centers and multiple administrative departments within the Dean’s Office. The Financial Services Office (FSO) is a hybrid cluster model, including clustered processing and administrative functions, and unit distributed FSO Finance Professionals to provide high-quality consistent and timely finance services to clients within CEHD. As an administrative service unit within CEHD, FSO is dedicated to providing high quality, innovative and continually improving client services while upholding ethics and integrity standards.
