Job Summary
The Training & Quality Manager supports training and staff development needs for professional and classified employees of the Building Services department, which includes provides custodial care to all buildings on campus, including cleaning and minor repair. Creates, delivers, assesses, and tracks training and staff development activities and the effectiveness of these interventions. This position also conducts a regular cycle of quality assurance and control audits to ensure building cleanliness and repair complies with applicable standards.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions
Balancing, carrying, pulling, pushing, standing, bending, driving, reaching, sitting, and twisting. Must be able to access all areas of campus buildings, facilities, and sites.

This position reports to the Associate Director of Buildings Services.
