Operations Program Manager
University of Maryland Fellows, a dynamic set of programs (including Maryland Fellows,
Federal Fellows, and Global Fellows DC) that prepare talented students to excel in internships and lead careers of positive impact and
leadership in the world, is hiring an Operations Program Manager. This position also supports the Individual Studies Program (IVSP), which
enables students to create their own majors. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for innovation and for making a
difference. The Operations Program Manager provides initiative, planning and management for the office; the key areas of responsibility are
office management, budget and financial management, and student information management and development support. This program manager will
also participate in advising and coaching students. This position requires planning and decision-making as well as independence of action
and judgement. This is a great position for a super organizer with an interest in office and budget management as well as stellar
interpersonal skills, a passion for public service and/or international affairs, and a desire to empower students. The Operations Program
Manager reports to the Associate Director, and serves on the strategic advisory team for the programs. The office is collaborative,
